Enter the main building through the original hall door. It opens into a spacious, traditional farmhouse living room. In cold weather the warm brick oven creates a pleasant atmosphere and invites you to sit in a rocking chair to enjoy the warmth. The oven is definitely the best place to bake your cakes, roasts and other dishes. Traditional paned windows provide a view of the front yard and the road. The dining table is large enough to seat the whole party. Behind the brick oven there is a hidden sleeping berth with a 120-cm bed.
The two bedrooms each have two 80-cm beds and one of them also has a sleeper couch. In the modern, fully-equipped kitchen you’ll find everything you need for cooking and serving meals. The entrance to the toilet/shower is through the hall.
The spacious bathroom built in the courtyard cottage is easy to access and the wood-burning sauna offers relaxing baths. After the sauna bath it is almost a must to sit on the sofa in front of the fireplace and just enjoy. There are two sleeper couches in the fireplace lounge. A small kitchenette is set behind the fireplace. The terrace is a lovely place to have breakfast on a sunny morning.
The log cabin welcomes you to the world of sweet dreams in the summertime. The cabin with its traditional architecture and three separate rooms sleeps 8 people. Offering extra space, it is an interesting playground for children on rainy days. The cabin is equipped with electricity and radiators.
The lakeside sauna is only a few steps away from the waterfront. The bathing water is carried straight from the lake and heated up in a cauldron.
The barbeque-hut is a great place to spend time and prepare meals in a cosy and exotic Lappish atmosphere, even if it’s raining. For sunny days there is also an outdoor barbeque grill. Firewood is stored in the woodshed.
The outhouse (eco-toilet) has been recycled and brought to the site. Garbage bins are placed in a shelter. Please sort accordingly: general household waste, metal, glass and cardboard.
Everything you need for a lovely holiday!
