The customer may book online or by telephone.
The customer will be sent a booking confirmation and an invoice, which will include the name and contact information of the owner, driving directions to the cottage as well as bank transfer forms needed for the payment. This information will be sent primarily by email.
The booking is confirmed once the customer has paid the deposit by the due date.
If the booking is made 28 days or less before the start of the rental period, there will be no deposit but the full sum must be paid by the due date. The final instalment must be paid no later than 28 days prior to the start of the holiday.
The number of people using the cottage must not exceed the number agreed on during booking.
Tents and caravans are not permitted on the holiday cottage plot.
It is not allowed to build an open fire in the area.
Smoking is not allowed indoors. Pets are not allowed.
The keys to the cottage will be handed over to the customer at the time of arrival as estimated and notified to the cottage owner.
On departure the cottage must be left in good condition and in the same order it was upon arrival.
In the case of a one-week stay, the cottage will be at the customer’s disposal from 16:00 (4 pm) on the day of arrival to 12:00 (12 noon) on the day of departure.
In the case of a weekend stay, the cottage will be at the customer’s disposal from Friday afternoon at 16:00 (4 pm) to Sunday afternoon at 16:00 (4 pm) unless otherwise agreed.
Sheets and towels are not included in the rent unless otherwise agreed. Guests must bring and use their own bed linen.
The client is responsible for cleaning the cottage during the rental period and on departure. The owner may provide a departure cleaning service if it is booked and paid for in advance. The cottage must be tidy on departure. The client is liable for cleaning expenses if guests have failed to clean the cottage appropriately and the owner is forced to carry out these chores before the arrival of the next client.
The owner is responsible for mowing the lawn.
The owner is responsible for snow removal on driveways. The customer is responsible for cleaning the porches, stairs, paths etc. and walks around the premises at his or her own risk.
The customer is obliged to report and compensate any case of damage to the property or the movables to the owner.
The customer is obliged to complain immediately to the owner about any defects that can be rectified while the service is being used.
